City of El Paso Department of Public Health will be offering FREE immunization clinic at McDonald's, 1274 Horizon Blvd, Wednesday, Novebmer 12 from 3 pm - 6 pm. This clinic is FREE to children and includes flu. Adult immunizations are also FREE excluding flu shots ($25.00) and Pneumonia shots ($40.00). Medicaid, medicare or cash wil be accepted. Please bring child's imunization record and birth Certificate. Child must be accompanied by parent or guardian with photo ID.
