Girl Scouts of the Rio Grande (GSRG), a chartered council of Girl Scouts U.S.A. (GSUSA), has maintained one primary focus—to stimulate interests and meet the needs of girls and young women. Girl Scouting has changed with the times, adding many contemporary issues to its programming, but it never loses its central belief that—"the girl is always first."
